AFTER-SALES SERVICES AND WARRANTY
1. During one year warranty period of Viva fishing tackle, if any claims caused by the quality itself, Viva shall
    provide free repair service or free spare parts accordingly. The handling way as below:
  a)You may simply request service from your local Viva dealer;
  b)Or you may send it to our Sales Department by post directly ; Meantime please kindly fill the Feedback Form
     inside the packing box, and send us both the product and Feedback Form to ensure our proper and
     immediate service. We guarantee to repair and delivery to you within two working days.
  c)The following situations are not under our warranty;
    I. If it was not made by Viva originally;
    II. If it was damaged by improper use;
    III. If it was damaged by bad maintenance .
2. After-sales service when one year warranty period expired:
  a) All Viva's dealers can provide such service according to your request, and charge you most reasonable cost.
  b) If you need direct service by Viva, please send both the product and it's Feedback Form to our Sales
      Department, please make sure to fill the Feedback Form inside the packing box or send your detail
      descriptions about the problem; We will repair and delivery to you within two working days .
  c) If you need to order spare parts, please specify the exact model number of both the reel and spare part.
      Please refer to the drawing inside the packing box for spare parts number .
